To purchase singles and packages of our specialty desserts, please visit us at a farmers market or contact us for information on larger orders. The availability of items offered at the farmer market will vary. We offer single-item trays (~24 pieces) of our specialty desserts beginning at $25.

For more information on our classic desserts or to place an order for cupcakes ($25/dozen or $15/dozen for minis) or macarons ($25/dozen), please contact us.

We are proud to offer a wide variety of seasonal and non-seasonal desserts and baked goods. If you are interested in an item that is not currently listed on our website, please do not hesitate to contact us as it may be available for order!

WEDDING cakes

We know how important your event cake is and we take great individualized care in every cake we create. We have built our reputation on exceptional service and exquisite cakes that are moist and delicious. From pictures, sketches, or ideas, we will custom create your unforgettable wedding cake. For something that is an important part of your most awaited day, count on the quality, experience, and creativity of Asali Events & Desserts.

CONSULTATION

We provide complimentary consultation, which we recommend prior to contract signing. During your consultation, we are happy to review design ideas, provide samples, and discuss any special requests and pricing. Please feel free to provide us with any pictures, color swatches, theme ideas that can aid in the final design of your cake. Once you have agreed to a design, we will provide you with a formal contract.

PRICING

Pricing for custom cakes start at $4.50 per serving for buttercream icing with a minimum of $100. Final pricing will depend on design and any special decorations, such as sugar paste flowers. A refundable deposit is required on all cake stands, displays, plates, and columns. All items must be returned within 4 days of your wedding in clean and good condition to receive your deposit.

DELIVERY

Delivery and setup of your cake is available at a rate of $25 for Apex, Cary, and Raleigh within 30 miles. Delivery outside of 30 miles from origination will be charged $25 plus $1 per mile (one way). Mileage is calculated using Google Maps.

DEPOSIT

A signed contract and a 50% deposit are required to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due at least 10 business days prior to the event date. You are allowed to make changes to the design, flavors, or number of servings 4 weeks prior to your wedding date. We accept cash, PayPal, Square, or Venmo.

CUSTOM & classic cakes

Asali Events & Desserts is passionate about creating distinctive cakes that are sure to wow your guests. We are dedicated in providing our customers with the highest quality cakes, and we do this by using only the best and freshest ingredients. We take immense pleasure in knowing our customers are satisfied. We are always up for a challenge, so do not hesitate to call us with your ideas. We prefer a 3-week lead time, so early reservations are appreciated.

DELIVERY

While it is generally not a problem for clients to transport small cakes, self-transporting any cake is at your own risk. We do not recommend clients self-transport 3D/sculpted cakes, cakes over 2 tiers tall, or any cake traveling more than 30 miles. Asali Events & Desserts will not be responsible for any damage that may occur to any client-transported cake once it has left our possession.

Delivery of your cake is available at a rate of $20 for Apex, Cary and Raleigh within 20 miles. Delivery outside of 20 miles from origination will be charged $20 plus $1 per mile (one way). Mileage is calculated using Google Maps. The delivery charge takes into account fuel cost, time, and proper transport of your cake. Your delivery will be scheduled at the time of ordering.

PAYMENT

Because all of our cakes are individually priced based on complexity and design, we do not have a standard price list.  Due to previous no-shows, payment in full is due a minimum of 10 days prior to event in cash or with PayPal, Square, or Venmo.
